RETURNS/EXCHANGES

All full priced merchandise may be returned for store credit or exchange up to 14 days from the date of purchase or delivery.  Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned/exchanged.  Item(s) must have all tags attached and be in its original condition.  Store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card.  Please present your email or text message receipt when bringing your item back to the store.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS 
We cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, KREWE Sunglasses, jewelry, hats/headwear or women's swimwear.

ONLINE ORDERS

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item has arrived damaged. All refunds will be for the price of the returned item(s) and tax (if applicable), but not the cost of shipping.

If the item arrives damaged or there is a mistake on our part (if you received the wrong item/color/size placed on your original order), you will be credited for the purchase, including shipping fees.

Once the returned item is in our possession and inspected, a refund will be issued.

A 5% restocking fee with be applied to all returned online orders.
